Texas requires an annual safety and emissions inspection in Dallas County. We perform the inspection and, when a vehicle fails, we are certified to make the repair — you do not need to visit two shops.
Emissions failures typically come down to oxygen sensors, catalytic converters, EVAP system leaks, EGR faults, or an engine management problem that has not yet triggered a visible symptom. Diagnosing them correctly matters here more than anywhere, because emissions parts are expensive and the wrong guess is a costly one.
